The Statistics page is a very useful feature that allows you to know how many calls and texts were placed/received on your Call Flows or by your Team Members, on any given day since the last month. It's located on the left menu, under 'Advanced':

Using it is pretty simple. Just select the date that you want for the Stats:

And apply the desired filters:

In this example, we will show all "Calls" on our "Main Menu Extension" and on the "Conference Line", that were placed/answered by "Alexander G. Bell":

The graph will update with the results based on your filters and date range.

You can also export those results to a CSV file by using the "Export as CSV" button:
