A very useful tool that you can use is Tagging. By using Tags on your calls, you can filter your inbox to show calls and texts with a specific tag assigned, allowing you to keep track of them.
Tags are automatically applied to activity items associated with Call Flows in your account. In the previous example, Thomas called to the 'Business' Call Flow, so we applied that tag automatically.
You can also tag any activity item manually in your account with custom tags:

Using Filters for Tags.
If you want to filter your inbox to show calls/texts with a specific Tag, just click on the 'Search' icon on top of your inbox:
Then click on 'TAGS'
And select the tags that you want to filter by.
Your inbox will now show all calls/texts that have that Tag(s) assigned.
