Learn how to configure your account to sync calls, texts and voicemails with FollowUpBoss

Your account has the ability to send your calls, texts and voicemails to your FollowUpBoss system, and it's pretty simple to get this configured. Just follow these steps:

  • First, decide which Call Flow line should sync its leads to FollowUpBoss (it could also be your 'My Direct Number' flow), as each one has its own Notification settings. In our example, we will use our 'Sales' Call Flow, as we want all calls from this lead source to appear on our FUB account. So, we will click on the 'Sales' Call Flow:

  • Now, we will head over to the bottom of the page, and click on "Notifications"

  • On the Notifications page, click on the '+Add Notification' button to create a new one. 

  • Add your FUB Email, which should have the "@followupboss.me" domain (i.e. john.doe@followupboss.me), to the 'Notify Via Email' field. Check the other settings as pictured.

  • Click on 'Save Notifications' when finished.


Now all calls, texts, voicemails, faxes and voicemails will be synced with your FollowUpBoss account.

Remember ! You need to configure this for each Call Flow or Line that you want to sync with FollowUpBoss.
